To help you discover how to get connected in a meaningful way, we want to invite you to join the pastors and other staff and leaders at an event we call Starting Point.

Starting Point is the first step for newcomers who have come to St. Luke's UMC. During this two & 1/2 hour experience you will have an opportunity to interact with Lead Pastor, Thomas Griffis and to meet other staff members. You will learn about the mission and vision of St. Luke's UMC, meet other newcomers, and have a chance to ask questions about the church. Starting Point is also the first step toward becoming a member of St. Luke's UMC.

Starting Point is offered throughout the year on Sunday afternoons or during the Sunday School hour for a 5 week session.

The current schedule for Starting Point is as follows:

Starting Point is usually held in the classroom across from the Church Office. To find this classroom, come to the Courtyard in front of the Sanctuary, then enter the Administration Building. The classroom is the first room on your left.

When Starting Point is held during the Sunday School hour (9:50 a.m.) the location will be announced.

Please make it a point to attend whatever session works for your schedule!  Also know, that the pastors and staff of the church are always available to answer any question you might have. We would love to help you find a place at St. Luke's UMC.
